Church Cancellation Policy

Church services will be cancelled for reasons of bad weather (i.e. severe snow, tornado, etc.) or because of church equipment failure such as no electricity, heat, water or similar problems.

All church cancellations will be determined by the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee will make this determination as soon as possible and will broadcast at least one hour before the meeting/service on the following stations:

• TV: WOOD TV-8, WZZM TV-13
• RADIO: WCSG FM 91.3, WWJQ FM 99.3, WOOD AM 1300.

All church programs and services will automatically be cancelled for the following reasons:

• If a tornado watch or warning is in effect for Ottawa County one hour before a scheduled service or church activity.
  
• If Hudsonville Public Schools are closed due to bad weather.
  

When either of these two conditions exists, every effort will still be made to broadcast the cancellation on the TV and RADIO stations listed above.
